Both groups also got advice on how to eat healthier to lose weight. Before and after the three months, the researchers measured things like the women’s weight, height, and blood tests to see if there were any changes. They found that the group eating yogurt with cumin powder had some improvements in weight, BMI, waist circumference, and fat mass compared to the group eating plain yogurt. So, adding cumin powder to their diet seemed to help these women lose weight and improve their health.

Jeera has antioxidants called polyphenols that reduce oxidative stress in the body, aiding in digestion, and also curbs appetite because it’s a good of source of dietary fiber as well.
