1. Bharti ate her meals only between 12 pm and 7 pm. She said that she stopped having anything after 7 pm, which means she had an early dinner. When you eat late at night, your body may not have enough time to fully process the food or use it up for energy, which means, most of the calories from the food may get stored up as fat. 2. She ate very basic food like paratha, eggs, and dal-sabzi. She did not rely on expensive superfoods or fat-burning pills.
